First and foremost, Smokezone.com respects the privacy of its customers. We do not share your address, credit card information or email with anyone else. All customer information is strictly used to process orders and for our promotional correspondence to keep you informed in the most convenient, secure & efficient way possible. If you would like to be removed from any of our mailings, please contact us.
SECURITY
Smokezone.com protects all information by using a secure server. That means that your credit card number and address are encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels via the Internet. We have made it a priority to keep your information and shopping experience a safe one.
SALES and TOBACCO TAX
All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 7.25% sales tax. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments going outside of California Please note that if any sales tax, tobacco tax or both taxes are due in the purchaser’s jurisdiction or state, then the purchaser will be responsible to pay those applicable taxes and any other taxes, penalties and interests due, directly to the applicable jurisdiction.

SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE DELIVERED WITH ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. AN ADULT IS A PERSON WHO IS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. Should any item that is received by you be damaged or lost during transit, please call or email us immediately. The outer packaging must be saved for UPS or USPS or other delivery service verification; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that UPS or USPS will reimburse us for damages. We will reship all items as soon as possible and handle any claim with UPS or USPS or with other delivery service for you.
In accordance with Senate Bill 39, an adult signature is required for California residents. An adult is someone who is at least 21 years of age.
All shipments containing tobacco products or tobacco related accessories will be sent with adult signature required. We do not sell flavored cigars to any California consumers even if they are 21 years or older. Flavored cigars are strictly for out of California sales only.
In accordance with state rules & regulations, we regret to inform you that we presently do not send shipments to Utah and Hawaii.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER I ORDER?
Orders are processed during our business hours and shipped promptly the next business day unless that day falls on a USPS/UPS or other delivery service holiday. Please refer to a UPS/USPS or other delivery service transit map for approximate package arrival date.
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed online. However, Smokezone.com may be able to modify or cancel the order, if the time between the submitted order and the packaging of the order is caught in time before it is shipped out. Please contact us via email or phone immediately!
CREDIT CARD POLICIES
We process Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email/or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and the credit card holders.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Smokezone.com guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell, and want you, the customer, to be happy with your purchase(s). Should you decide that something is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you contact us and we will make the proper arrangements to remedy the situation. We will gladly refund any merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please notify us before returning any items. For damaged merchandise, please retain all packing material and contact us immediately 805-906-2078 or email. We will promptly arrange for its replacement.
